We all have an image of ourselves. Your comments reaffirm such an image or not. It is important how other people see us in order to modify our behaviour or maintain it depending on our perception agreeing or not with your assessment.

Aspects were quite accurate except for ‘prefers to go down a road well travelled’. I am always looking at ways to improve experiences or outcomes but not at the cost of lowering standards. Offering outcomes that are better than the opposition is what sets you apart.

I had a writing class yesterday morning, and after that it was a dental appointment, and then I had severe toothache and also headaches due to the operation on my teeth. Today, I also took a writing exam. Regarding your feedback, I must first say that you really surprised me, because you said some things exactly correctly but, I don't accept about 20% of your conclusions, especially that you said I don't say my ideas, because I am exactly the opposite, I usually present all my ideas one by one, and I insist on expressing my opinions, and I won't give up until I am convinced, of course it is natural because you yourself said that you should know me better. I have many abilities that you can see while working and they can not be said in an outdoor environment. In the end, I'd like to ask some questions please: -What the status is with your job application? -How can I be informed of the continuation of the process? -How long do I have to wait for your decision? and how will you notify me? To me no matter what obstacle come your way that there is always a to resolve it and the key point is how would you resolve the issue.

Once, my Senior manager was on leave and I was asked to go out for a venue audit outside Delhi for proctors’ training. I researched and shortlisted five or six prominent hotels. There are a few points like location, transport availability, cleanliness, food, air-conditioning, etc that we keep in mind for selection of a venue. The first hotel was okay in all respects, but I felt it smelling a bit musty. The manager argued with me and I left that hotel because I had more options. I visited two more hotels that day but rejected them due to one or some other reason. The next day I visited the remaining hotels but to my dismay found them not up to the mark at all. The first hotel kept on coming to my mind, but the behaviour of the manager discouraged me. At this point, I called my manager who immediately recommended me the very first hotel. He asked me to go back to the first hotel and meanwhile he himself spoke to the manager. The manager greeted me warmly and promised to control the odour by means of air-freshness spray. When I look back at that situation, I feel that I shouldn’t have been that fussy. I should have pursued the manager to find a solution for that odour or at least I should have called my manager for his valuable suggestion.

Thats what I actually need to work on I need to stand my ground and also be able to disagree with someone in a good way

I found this useful as it allowed me to reflect on my qualities and how I behave around others and it helped me to see my worth next to other people when I was doubting myself.
